Archos, known for producing low-cost tablets, has announced Titanium HD model with a 9.7-inch IPS-screen, which has a resolution of 2048 × 1536 pixels. Running on Android 4.1 and is based on two-core processor, operating at a frequency of 1.6 GHz.
Archos Titanium HD is equipped with a graphics chip Mali 400 MP4, 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal memory, a slot for microSD, a 5-megapixel primary and a 2-megapixel front camera, stereo speakers, module Wi-Fi, accelerometer and microphone.
Its dimensions are 240 × 184 × 9 mm, weight – 640gms though Archos did not specify the date for the start of sales of the tablet and its cost. Journalists suspect that Titanium HD to use the chip Rockchip RK3066 for assured low cost device.
